…to our family-run Hotel based in the heart of Germany, located in the middle of the UNESCO biosphere reserve “Thüringer Wald” along the well-known “Rennsteig” walk way.

Walking tracks and skiloops in winter can be found right on our doorstep.

We also have a restaurant that has been awarded the “Thuringian Gastronomy prize” several times. All of our meals are served from elegant, ceramic dishes designed by our very own Tina Gastinger. Our eye for detail can be seen throughout the whole house, with each hotel room having it´s very own individual touch.

At Hotel Gastinger our motto is “Genieße den Tag.“ translated as “Enjoy the day.” Therefore, we invite you to simply relax and allow yourself to engage in our creativity.
